What platforms are your apps available on?

All of our apps are available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. They require iOS 15.0 or later. We do not currently have Android versions.

Are your apps free?

All of our apps are free to download. Some apps offer optional in-app purchases for premium features. There are no ads in any of our apps.

Do your apps work offline?

Yes. All of our apps work fully offline. Your data stays on your device — no accounts, no cloud sync, and no internet connection required.

What data do you collect?

We don’t collect personal data, show ads, or use tracking. Your information stays on your device. See our privacy policy for full details.

An app crashes or won’t open. What should I do?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Close the app completely and reopen it
  2. Check the App Store for updates
  3. Restart your iPhone or iPad
  4. Delete and reinstall the app (note: local data will be lost)
  5. Make sure your device is running iOS 15.0 or later

If the problem continues, email us at support@purehungerlabs.com with your device model and iOS version.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can I get it back?

Our apps store data locally on your device. If you delete an app, the data is removed with it and cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping your apps installed and your device backed up via iCloud or iTunes.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select “Request a refund.”

How does Stroop Challenge scoring work?

Your score is the number of correct answers you give before time runs out (or in Endless mode, before you quit). The app tracks your high score, best accuracy, and longest streak. You can view your full statistics from the stats tab on the home screen.

Can I beat the Hard AI in Steampunk Tic-Tac-Toe?

The Hard AI uses the minimax algorithm, which plays perfectly. Against perfect play, the best possible outcome is a draw. Try taking the center square on your first move and creating forks (two winning threats at once). If you want to practice, start on Medium difficulty.

How do I scan a barcode in Smart Shopping Scanner?

Open the app and tap the Scanner tab at the bottom. Point your camera at a product barcode and hold steady — the app will detect it automatically. Once scanned, you can view product details and add the item to your shopping list.

Is my data in AnsweredList private?

Yes. AnsweredList stores everything locally on your device — we never collect, upload, or access your data. You can choose to share individual prayers and updates with others, but sharing is always initiated by you and nothing is sent without your action.
